Return Policy
This Return Policy explains how refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations work for coaching sessions and program packages purchased through Jointsiuenergyiu. Our goal is to be fair to the people we work with and to keep our small studio running sustainably.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all bookings made through our website, by email, or in person at our Manhattan studio. By completing a booking you agree to the conditions set out below.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling by you
- More than seventy-two hours before the session: you may reschedule once at no charge or cancel for a full refund.
- Between twenty-four and seventy-two hours before the session: you may reschedule once at no charge; cancellations receive a fifty per cent refund.
- Less than twenty-four hours before the session: the session is considered confirmed and no refund is available, though we will gladly use the time to share a written practice plan with you.
3. Cancellations by us
If we ever need to cancel a session for reasons on our side, we will offer you the choice between rescheduling at a time that suits you or receiving a full refund.
4. Multi-session programs
For packages such as the Four-Week Path or the Quarterly Circle, you may request a full refund up to seventy-two hours before the first session begins. After the first session is delivered, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for any sessions not yet delivered, less an administrative fee of twenty US dollars.
5. Late arrival
If you arrive late to a session, we will use the remaining time as best we can. We are unable to extend the session into the next client's slot. Lateness does not entitle you to a refund or extension.
6. Recordings, journals, and digital materials
Digital materials such as audio recordings and printable journals are non-refundable once delivered. Defective files will of course be replaced free of charge — write to us and we will send a working copy promptly.
7. How to request a refund or reschedule
Send a short note to service@jointsiuenergyiu.world with your name, the date of the booking, and your request. We aim to process refund decisions within five business days. Approved refunds are returned using the same payment method you used at booking.
8. Gift bookings
Sessions purchased as a gift may be transferred to another named recipient at no additional cost. Refunds for unredeemed gift bookings are available for up to twelve months after purchase.
9. Force majeure
If a session cannot take place because of events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, or a public-safety emergency, we will offer to reschedule the session. No additional charges apply.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page with the date of the last update. The policy in effect at the time of your booking is the one that applies to that booking.
